Entry to Social is fully accessible, with step-free access to the venue at both the front and rear entrances, alongside an access toilet situated opposite the bar.

The toilet has a grab rail and also an alarm, in case you need any assistance. There are also baby changing facilities in this toilet.

There are no lowered bars within the venue. If you require assistance, please let one of our staff members know.

Although we don’t have a permanent raised viewing platform, we can provide a floor-level viewing area at the front of the venue for wheelchair users. Seating can be made available upon request at the rear for customers with access needs who may require it. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements for either of these.

Strobe lighting may be in use at some of our events. We will always put up warning signs about this on the venue entrance doors.

Social may offer PA tickets to customers who may not be able to attend a performance or gig here without the support of a friend or support worker. This is dealt with on a show-by-show basis, as we work with various local and national event promoters, and can liaise with them for you. Please contact us to enquire about this.
