Most Wanted Wines is proud to announce a partnership with Music Venue Trust to support six intimate piano shows featuring Brit Award winner Celeste ahead of her September album release.

Fans can expect an intimate and unforgettable experience while supporting the venues that contribute to making the UK music scene one of the best in the world.

Grassroots Music Venues (GMVs) are the foundation of the UK’s globally renowned music industry. However, they are under immense pressure; over 40% of GMVS reported a loss in the last 12 months, with an average profit across the entire sector of less than 0.5%. In 2023, over 125 venues closed and last year, the UK lost one grassroots music venue every two weeks – with 200 remaining in a state of emergency as the country faces a collapse in touring. Without urgent support, many more venues risk shutting their doors, depriving emerging artists of vital early-stage opportunities and music fans of the intimate, live experiences that shape careers and communities.

As one of the very few wine brands actively involved in the UK music scene, Most Wanted Wines is committed to working with Music Venue Trust to ensure these spaces continue to live on to nurture the next generation of artists.

“I really wanted the opportunity to perform and test some of my new music at smaller more intimate venues, some of these venues have played before but either supporting other bands in the earlier part of my career or when I had sung backing vocals for other bands.

I know that many venues are struggling, so we’ve put together a tour that doesn’t just go to the most obvious locations but also shines a light on great venues in other local communities. It’s great to be working with Music Venue Trust and Most Wanted Wines to make this happen.”
